A path to becoming a versed plant cook:
- Our classes are centered on Chef’s Sandra three principles for inventive sustainable and healthy vegan cooking: whole foods, local and minimally processed ingredients.
- Learn to replace traditional ingredients and revisit American, Asian and European classics.
- Explore plant based cuisine and develop your knowledge of produce, fruits, aromatics, grains and legumes, raw foods, liquor pairings and unique techniques.
- Improve your knowledge of plant based nutrition and learn to master a health promoting cuisine
These classes will offer you the opportunity to boost your plant based culinary repertoire with live and interactive online or in-person classes led by Chef’s Sandra Hurtault.
You will be guided step by step as you learn new techniques and practice your skills to impress your friends and family. Let us transport you to a world of infinite vegan possibilities and awaken the plant based Chef in you!
In-person classes: $60/hour and per person. Minimum of two hours and 3 participants. The class will be held in the client’s home. You will be able to select and learn to prepare two tasty and elegant vegan dishes which you will then be able to enjoy with your party.
